Giorgio Armani Internship Network Program Spring 2025
The Armani Group is one of the leading fashion and luxury goods groups in the world today with 10,500 direct employees, 12 production plants and more than 2,704 boutiques in 60 countries around the world. It designs, manufactures, distributes and retails fashion and lifestyle products including apparel, accessories, eyewear, watches, jewelry, home interiors, fragrances and cosmetics under a range of brand names: Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani, and Armani Exchange.
We are looking for students who want to gain hands-on experience within the world of Armani. You will be learning the foundations of the brand and culture. Our program will immerse students in an inclusive environment with the conditions to set them up for success.
The Giorgio Armani Internship Network Program Spring of 2025 will run from January 6, 2025 through April 25, 2025.
This is UNPAID Internship program; the students should be eligible for getting academic credits.
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain an editorial sample trafficking log
- Systematically prepare for men’s and women’s sample sale pieces
- Scheduling and tracking local messengers, and outgoing and inbound shipments
- Barcoding new samples received and stock adjusting inventory that is gifted to VIP budget in a timely manner
- Maintain the showroom at all times
- Dry clean/send to alterations/make sure all items are on correct hangers and covered in plastic
- Send out and check in returns from stylists (samples and retail consignments)
- Receive, photograph and track new samples
- Collect/send/ship all editorial that comes through LA - domestic and international
- Pack properly and ship Prive and other samples to Milan with proforma
- Keep photographic proof of all received and shipped Prive
- Create Who wore What recaps after each award show
- Daily Instagram check of all celebrities and influencers whom we have gifted
Who You Are
- Demonstrates a keen interest in understanding business and organizational goals, and a desire to learn about the world of Armani
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Previous work experience or internships in related field is a plus
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate/Graduate program
- Unpaid internship | Proof of school credit is required
- Must be available on Monday and Wednesday in the office
